Les Jumeaux - Rates and Changeover Detail
Rental Rates are as follows:
Rates for parties of 8 are for use of both double beds and both double sofabeds.
Rates for 4 allow for the use of double beds only. Parties of 4 requiring use of (and linen for) both beds and sofabeds should use rates for 4 and add £25 per sofabed required per week.
Rates for 6 allow for the use of both double beds and one sofabed. Parties of 6 requiring use of (and linen for) the remaining sofabed should use rates for 6 and add £25 per week.
Parties of 5 or 7 add £70 per person per week to the rate for the relevant immediately lower party size (i.e. for a party of 5 take the 4 Person price and add £70 per week).

We have 1 Cot / small person's bed, subject to availability, at no extra charge. Please let us know if you require it when you make your enquiry.

Other Admin Stuff
We do not have any restrictions on arrival or departure day of the week. If you wish to book for a number of days not already advertised please ask and we will give you a price. We expect guests to leave by 10:00 hrs on the day of departure to give us time to clean and make ready for incoming guests. Arrival time is 16:00hrs or later by arrangement.
Long term lets (over 4 weeks) - price negotiable.
Short term lets (less than 1 week) are not normally available during the Summer, but please ask if making a late booking as we may be able to accommodate your wishes.
At Christmas special additional rates may apply depending on the days booked.
We can offer additional discount for parties of 6 or less booking Les Jumeaux but only using one of the two kitchens and salons. Please enquire.
